If you are gonna have a busy day and not sure when you will get your next meal, this smoothie is perfect.
I usually make it on legs day, as my workouts are longer.
For toppings, I used my favorite Vegan Granola “BolaGranola”
a few slices of bananas and some blueberries.
As a protein I use cooked and drained Chickpeas.
This will give you that flavoring and thickness like a SnickerDoodle cookie. 🙂
I cook my chickpeas a day before, save it for salad topping, meals and smoothies.
If I have too many leftovers after 2 days I simply put it in the freezer.
I usually do that with most of my beans.
When it’s in the freezer, it’s easy to grab and have ready in a minute.
But if you don’t want to cook them, a can of chickpeas will work as well.

This is what I use every morning for my Breakfast, 100% Plant Based Vegan Granola.
Note that 1/3 cup of chickpeas contains 13 grams of protein.
For the milk I like to use the unsweetened Pea Milk. It can be found in most supermarkets.
You can also use any other non dairy milk like Almond Milk.
One of the reasons I like Pea milk is it contains so many nutritious values.
For 1 serving:
- 50% More Calcium than Milk
- 32mg DHA Omega-3s
