Can i get fit without counting my macros?

At the beginning I always suggest to keep track of what you are eating just so you are conscious if you are eating enough if your wish is to gain muscles or not going over if your wish is to shred. But on a plant based diet it’s easier to lose weight without counting macros, you are eliminating all processed foods and animal products. You are eating healthy sources of protein, carbs and fat.
